At Trenviq, we aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and important information you should know before placing an order with us.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Trenviq ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India will not be processed.

Special Delivery for Kashmir

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to customers across Jammu & Kashmir as a special initiative to support our local community. All eligible orders delivered within Kashmir are shipped at no additional cost.


Shipping Charges

  • Jammu & Kashmir:
    Free Delivery on all orders

  • Rest of India:
    🚚 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases of approved damaged product returns.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates once your order is dispatched


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Jammu & Kashmir: 3–6 business days

  • Other Indian States: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. This will allow you to track your shipment and stay updated on delivery progress.


Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • Trenviq is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery as per their policy

Trenviq will not be liable for delays beyond our control, but we will always try to keep you informed.
